Rebecca ag bailiú a Bonn Óir

2018 winner Rebecca McCarthy Kent finally received her finished Bonn Óir last week as she passed through Baile Mhuirne. We are very grateful to Gold Smith Niamh Utsch (Ní Mháthúna) who has now taken over her father’s role in making the yearly gold medal. Pádraig Ó Mathúna died earlier in the year and will always be in our history as the man who designed and oversaw the medal for the first 8 years of it’s existence. Beannacht Dé leis.
